Egg Noodles alla Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 0.125 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbs parsley
  • 2 Tbs parmesan
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Chop the bacon into small strips and fry until crozzled.
2. Cook the egg noodles.
3. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.
4. When the noodles are fully cooked, mix in the hot bacon with the fat, while still under the flame. Then, remove the noodles from the heat and mix in the cold ingredients. Serve.
